, edit the daemon.config
file to suit your needs.
location
field write the name of the location so that users can identify it easily.license_url
field add the ip with port of the license (for ex:http://192.168.1.25:8000
) if you have setup a proxy server otherwise keep the default url.receiving_fullpath
please add/

) where you will receive all your data at current location.
2. Run Installation Script
Execute install.sh
to automatically:
- Install the database as a daemon.
- Run the Zetarya server as a daemon.
3. Verify Installation
After installation, use the following commands to confirm everything is set up correctly.
Verify Admin User
Create an admin with the default password (you can change it later):
Check License Information
Retrieve your license details. If it shows 0 available license, the license could not be fetched:
4. Log location
5. Allowed Ports in Firewall
Zetarya Server
Depending on your licensing model, ensure the following ports are open in your firewall settings:
Allow below ports on all zetarya server locations
Zetarya server is is running on port 6002
, Allow 6002 port.
If your organization has 2 licenses, the required ports are:
- Data Port Range:
27090
-27094
- Control Port Range:
19120
-19124
If you are using 2 Pay-As-You-Use (PAYU) licenses, the required ports are:
- Data Port Range:
37090
-37092
- Control Port Range:

6. Verify Accessibility
After everything is done verify Location A is accessible from Location B and vice versa.
Let say your Location A ipv4 is 192.168.1.10
and 6002
port is open then from Location B ping the zetarya server to Location A.
If you see output and have non zero available license appear then we are good to go.
